Results of the research for the need for BT training

The project initiative BT in SME aims to develop a tool to that stimulates the preparation of entrepreneurs and their children to transfer the business. VET Colleges and HE institutes can have an important role in this development and can avoid mistakes and disappointments. A transfer within the family involves all members of that family and also the employees of the company.
