It is interesting to know what you would have done in another way if you could do it again. Do you have the opinion that 'independent strangers' (external advisors, a college course, a consultant, the Chamber of Commerce or the branch organization, etc.) should give more support to this process? In what way?
Did the predecessor and successor produce a transfer plan? Looking back you can evaluate your plan and did it help to realize the right transfer?
